How Much Do You Charge?
We charge an hourly rate of £18. This includes all products and equipment.
Will I Be Tied Into A Contract?
We don’t believe in long and complicated contracts. If you ever need to cancel, all we ask is that you give us one month’s notice.
How Do You Vet Your Cleaners?
All of our cleaners are interviewed, DBS checked and asked to provide references and proof of identity/address.
What If I Am Not Happy With The Service?
We always endeavour to provide a thorough clean to exceptionally high standards but if you are not happy in any way then please contact us by phone or email and one of team will be happy to help. If your issue is with the standard of our work, please email and explain why and we will ensure that you receive a full refund within 30 days.
Can I Tip My Cleaner?
If your cleaner is a perfect match and you are delighted with her work, we have no objections to you topping up her fees. It is completely at your discretion and it is certainly not expected. A happy cleaner is always a good cleaner.
Do You Offer Refunds?

How Long Will It Take To Clean My Property?
